For many years it has been accepted by the market that lowering your vehicle with heavy duty replacement springs meant sacrificing ride comfort. For our part, this has been at the forefront of our progressive rate spring technology drive to design springs to minimise that sacrifice. We believe our spring designs achieve this to the best of our ability however we’ve always known there was room for further improvement in the area of shock absorbers and bump stops. During the testing procedure apart from achieving the obvious spring and shock absorber compatibility attention to detail was also considered in the area of bump stop impact, hence the redesign of the bump stops. It again has been a long-term desire of ours to gain improvement over OE in the area of bump stop design which has been achieved significantly.
